... make a wish ...

... heißt es auf meiner neuen Geburtstagskarte, die ich heute fertiggestellt habe. Sie ist für die Krippenerzieherin meines Sohns und nach dem Sketch von "Create 4 Fun" erstellt. Farblich habe ich mich mal an die Vorgabe von "Penny Black Saturday" gehalten, die Farbkombi creme/gold/blau wollte ich gern mal ausprobieren ... sieht eigentlich ganz nett aus, oder?
Außerdem passt meine Karte zum Thema Layering bei "A Spoon Full of Sugar" und ein bisschen auch zu "Simon Says" (Punch it), obwohl ich relativ wenige Stanzer verwendet habe...
Die Fotos sind leider mal wieder zu dunkel. Die Cremetöne wirken recht braun und auch der feine Goldschimmer geht unter. Vielleicht versuche ich es morgen mal mit Scannen.

... so it says on my new birthday card which I finished today. It is for my little sons educator/nanny [I don't know the correct word ;-)] in the day nursery and follows this weeks sketch at "Create 4 Fun". In terms of colour I sticked to the colour combo cream/gold/blue at "Penny Black Saturday" , I liked to try this out ... looks quite pretty, doesn't it?
Furthermore my card fits to the challenges at "A Spoon Full of Sugar" (Lots of Layering) and a little bit also to "Simon Says" (Punch it), though I didn't really use much punches...
Unfortunately again the pics are quite dark. The cream shades look more brown and also the light gold shimmer is not visible. Maybe tomorrow I try to scan the card.
