"Whoop" Türhänger * Mo's DP # 230: New Beginnings

Hallo Ihr Lieben! Leider zu spät und aus gesundheitlichen Gründen heute auch nur ganz kurz unserer neuen Challenge bei Mo's Digital Pencil. Elaine hat sich das Thema  "Neuanfänge" ausgesucht.
Eine sehr enge Freundin meiner Tochter hat Geburtstag und wir wollten ihr u.a. gern eine persönliche Kleinigkeit schenken. Somit haben wir uns für einen Türhänger aus Holz entschieden. Das Motiv "A big whoop" passt sehrt gut zu dem Mädel, daher stand die Wahl schnell fest.

Hello everbody! Unfortunatly too late and only just a short post (as I am unwell) about our new challenge at Mo's Digital Pencil. Our fantastic Elaine is our hostess this fortnight and she has chosen the super easy theme New Beginnings!
One of my daughter's BFs has her birthday tomorrow and we would like to give her a small personalized gift. So we decided to make a wooden door hanger for her room. The image "A big whoop" is perfect for the little lady, so the choice  was not difficult.

Grinsekatze * Mo's DP # 229: Whimsical Characters

Da sind wir wieder mit einer neuen tollen Challenge bei Mo's Digital Pencil. In den nächsten zwei Wochen wird es fabelhaft! ;-) Unsere liebe Tracy hat sich nämlich das wunderschöne Thema "Wundersame Figuren" ausgesucht. Es dreht sich also alles um Elfen und Feen sowie Figuren aus Büchern.
Ich habe für meine kleine - eigentlich nun schon große - Tochter eine Geburtstagskarte gemacht. Sie gestern schon 10 (!) Jahre alt geworden! Wahnsinn, wo ist nur die Zeit geblieben? Da meine Madame Katzen sehr gern mag, ist meine Wahl sofort auf Mo's "Grinsekatze" aus "Alice im Wunderland" gefallen. Rosa ist ja in dem Alter nun auch "out", daher ist unsere Grinsekatze nun nicht pink wie im Buch, sondern grau-türkis koloriert (mit Prismacolor-Stiften) wie in der aktuellsten Disney-Verfilmung.
Wenn ihr mein Motiv mit dem im Shop vergleicht, wird euch auffallen, dass die Augen ganz anders sind. An einer Katze liebe ich am meisten die Augen, deswegen habe ich (mit Mo's Erlaubnis) der Grinsekatze Katzenaugen gezeichnet. Bitte beachtet, dass eine solche Veränderung des Originals in der Regel nicht unbedingt erlaubt ist. Wenn, dann nur für den persönlichen Gebrauch, keineswegs aber für Projekte, die verkauft werden sollen. Am besten ihr haltet vorher mit dem Designer des Motivs Rücksprache, dann seid ihr auf der sicheren Seite.

Here we are back again with a new great challenge at Mo's Digital Pencil. In the next two weeks it's going to be fantastic! ;-) Our dear extremely talented Tracy chose the wonderful theme: "Whimsical Characters". So show us all the fairies, elves and characters from books.
I made a birthday card for my little - actually big - girl. She turned already 10 (!) yesterday! Man! Where has the time gone? As my daughter really loves cats I instantly chose Mo's "Cheshire Cat" from "Alice in Wonderland". And as at this age pink is almost "out" I colored our Cheshire Cat in grey-turquoise (with Prismacolor pencils) like in the latest Disney movie.
If you compare my image with the one in the shop, you will notice that the eyes are completely different. From a cat I love her eyes the most. That's why I have drawn some cats eyes to our Cheshire Cat (with Mo's permission). Please be aware, that such a modification is only permitted for personal use! The sale of projects with modified images is strictly forbidden! Best you ask the designer before publishing such images, so you will be on the safe side!

Hallo Ihr Lieben! Da mich Karfreitag Fieber und eine Mandelentzündung niedergerafft hat und ich noch recht schlapp bin, heute nur ein knapper Post zu unserer neuen Challenge bei Mo's Digital Pencil. Das schöne Thema CAS (schlicht und einfach) kommt von unserer fantastischen Francesca.
Mein Bruder ist umgezogen und zum Einzug hat er von mir natürlich eine Glückwunschkarte bekommen. Für diesen Anlass sind die "Tall Houses" von Mo Manning einfach toll.

My brother has moved houses rececently and of course I made him a greeting card. Especially for this occassion the "Tall Houses" from Mo Manning are really great.

Sweet Baby * Mo's DP # 227: Pinkalicious

Hallo Ihr Lieben! Nun haben wir tatsächlich schon (fast Mitte) April und heute beginnt unsere erste der April-Challenges bei Mo's Digital Pencil. Unsere fantastische Teamleiterin Pat hat ein Farbthema für euch: Pink! Welche wird dann wohl also ihre Lieblingsfarbe sein? ;-)
Pink ist ja so typisch "Mädchen", oder? Wie passend, dass ich um eine Karte zur Geburt eines kleinen Mädchens gebeten wurde. Ob ihr sie noch sehen könnt, weiß ich nicht - ich jedenfalls finde die Babymotive aus dem Set "Diaper Crew" immer wieder toll! Auf diese Karte durfte das "Baby mit Schleife". Die Koloration sieht diesmal etwas grober aus. Ich habe mal Papier speziell für Prismacolorstifte ausprobiert und bin eher nicht so zufrieden damit. Ich werde wohl bei meinem einfachen (und günstigen) Zeichenkarton bleiben, die Farben lassen sich darauf viel feiner verblenden.

Hello everbody! Now we really are in (the middle of) April already and at Mo's Digital Pencil our first challenge of this month starts today. Our fantastic team leader Pat has chosen a color theme for you : Pink! So which one would probably be her fave color? ;-)
Pink is so typically girly, isn't it? How suiting, that I was asked to make a card for a little new born girl. I don't know if you still can see them - but I love to use the sweet images from the set Diaper Crew" everytime again! For this card I decided on the "baby with bow".

Soccer kid * Mo's DP # 226: K is for ...

Wo sind nur die zwei Wochen schon wieder hin? Es überrascht mich immer wieder, wie schnell die Zeit rast! Heute beginnt schon die zweite März-Challenge bei Mo's Digital Pencil, für die ich ein Thema aussuchen durfte.
Ich mag die ABC-challenges ganz gern (da wird man ein bissl gefordert) und möchte somit beim Buchstaben "K" weitermachen. Also zeigt uns eure Projekte mit Bildern von Mo oder entspr. Dekorationen, die (im englischen) mit "K" beginnen. Ein paar Anregungen für euch sind vielleicht: key, kiss, king, kimono, karate, kitchen, kite, kitten, knitting ...
Für einen kleinen Fußball-Fan habe ich eine Geburtstagskarte gemacht und meine K's stehen für Kid (Kind) und Knot (Knoten). Bezüglich der Vereinsfarben musste und durfte ich regional bleiben, denn ungeachtet des Tabellenplatzes (letzter) schlägt das Fußballherz des jungen Manns für Eintracht Braunschweig. Und außerdem ist die Saison ja noch nicht beendet! ;-)

Where have these two weeks only gone? Everytime again I am surprised by how fast time is running! Today already starts our second challenge in March at Mo's Digital Pencil. And it's me who was allowed to choose the theme.
As I really like the ABC challenges (since you have to think a little bit), I would like to continue with them and would like to see your ideas for the letter "K". So please show us your ideas for "K is for". Some hints may be:  key, kiss, king, kimono, karate, kitchen, kite, kitten, knitting ...
I made a birthday card for a little soccer fan and my K's are for kid and knot. Regarding the club colors I had and was allowed to stay local, because regardless of the place in the table/place in the standings (last one) the young guy's soccer heart beats for Eintracht Braunschweig. And besides, the season isn't finished yet! ;-)

Make a wish * Mo's DP # 225: Lots of embellishments

Hallo Ihr Lieben! Ich freue mich euch wieder zu einer neuen Challenge bei Mo's Digital Pencil begrüßen zu können! Wie bereits im letzten Post erwähnt, habt ihr ab heute immer etwas länger Zeit für die Challenges, da wir von nun an auch im zweiwöchentlichen Takt arbeiten. Außerdem wird das Designteam ab sofort nach jeder Challenge die drei schönsten Beiträge wählen, für die dann ein TOP3-Award verliehen wird!
Natürlich möchte ich euch auch noch einmal an den Start des tollen neuen "Clubhouse" auf Facebook erinnern. Ab Samstag (Nachmittag) könnt ihr Mitglied werden: Sucht einfach nach "Bronte & Bella's Clubhouse" oder benutzt diesen Link:  https://www.facebook.com/groups/mosclub/. Dann müsst ihr eigentlich nur noch auf "Gruppe beitreten" klicken und nach Freischaltung geht's dann direkt los.

 

Nun aber zu unserer aktuellen Challenge: Unsere fantastische Amanda möchte in den nächsten zwei Wochen viele Dekoelemente auf euren Werken sehen. Für mich persönlich ist das Thema nicht so einfach, da ich meine Karten nicht gern so voll lade. Aber da ich mit dem zuckersüßen Motiv "Make a wish" eine Geburtstagskarte für ein kleines Mädchen gemacht habe, ist die Umsetzung dann doch nicht so schwierig geworden. ;-) Für die Koloration habe ich wieder Prismacolor Stifte verwendet.

Hello lovelies! I am glad to have you back for a new challenge at Mo's Digital Pencil! As already mentioned in my last post, from today on you will have more time to play in our challenges as they run bi-weekly now! For the colouration I used my Prismacolor pencils again.

Hallo und willkommen zu einer neuen Challengewoche bei Mo's Digital Pencil! Doch bevor wir zur aktuellen Challenge kommen, möchte ich euch noch auf einige wichtige und interessante Neuigkeiten aufmerksam machen.

• Beginnen wir mit den Challenges auf dem Mo's Digital Pencil Blog:
  
  Heute läuft unsere letzte wöchentliche Challenge! Das Designteam hat sich dazu entschlossen, den Challengerythmus auf zweiwöchentlich zu ändern, damit ihr Bastler etwas mehr Zeit habt am aktuellen Thema teilzunehmen und somit evtl. auch besser mit anderen Challengeblogs zu kombinieren (viele haben ja mittlerweile einen zweiwöchentlichen Takt).
  Ab nächster Woche laufen die Challenges immer im 2-Wochen-Rythmus, d.h. in diesem Monat beginnt jeweils am 13. und dann wieder am 27. März eine neue Challenge. Auf dem Challengeblog findet ihr immer rechts oben in der Sidebar eine Vorschau auf Termine und Themen.

Hello and a hearty welcome to a new challenge week at Mo's Digital Pencil! But before we come to the current challenge, I would like to inform you about some important and fantastic news.

• Let's beginn with the challenges on the blog:Today is our our final "weekly" challenge! The design team decided to change the challenge rythm into a biweekly one, so you crafters will have some more time to participate and maybe also to combine with other challenges (as many blogs switched to a fortnightly tact).So from next week on we also will have a twice/month schedule...with a challenge starting on March 13th and the second one on March 27th. On the challenge blog in the right top corner of the sidebar you can find a preview on dates and themes.
• And now on to the most exiting news:

Bronte & Bella are "building" a new CLUBHOUSE...
on FACEBOOK!

On March 15th, 2014 will be grand opening!!

The Clubhouse will be a "Closed Group"...potential members must have administrator approval. Membership opens on Saturday, March 15th at 9 a.m. EST.

Bei uns stehen demnächst wieder viele Geburtstage an, daher habe ich eine Glückwunschkarte gemacht und dafür das superniedliche Motiv "Look, Ma!" verwendet. Perfekt für kleine Jungs im Kindergartenalter!
