Schlichte "Männerkarte"/Simple "men's card"

Nach dem Sketch von "Sketch Saturday" habe ich seit langem mal wieder eine Geburtstagskarte für einen Herren gemacht - damit tue ich mich ja immer schwer aber ich brauche am Wochenende eine ...
Ich wollte mal eine andere Optik ausprobiern und habe das Motiv diesmal direkt auf die Designpapiere gestempelt und embosst und danach leicht coloriert. Mit den angedeuteten Nähten passt auch diese Karte zur Challenge von "Fun with Shapes and more" und zur offenen Challenge von "Papertake Weekly" sowieso. ;-)

Following the sketch at "Sketch Saturday" since a long time again I made a birthday card for a man - I don't really like to make them but I need one for the weekend...
I wanted to try a diffferent look, so I stamped the image directly on the designpaper and embossed it and after that slightly coloured it. With the false stitches also this card fits to the challenge at "Fun with Shapes and more" and to the open challenge at "Papertake Weekly" anyway. ;-)

Feen-Karte als Dankeschön/Fairy card to say thanks

Dies ist meine erste "Knüller"-Blume ... ist gar nicht so einfach den dicken Cardstock so richtig klein zu knüllen. Ich habe hierfür nur 5 Lagen gestanzte Flowers genommen, ich habe sie aber auch schon mit 8 (!) gesehen...
Die Blume gehört zu der Karte, die ich als kleines Dankeschön gemacht habe. Den Danke-Spruch habe ich aber nur auf die Innenseite gestempelt - ich mochte lieber die Blüte und mit beidem wäre mir die Karte wäre zu voll geworden.
Der Sketch ist von "Mo's Digital Challenge" - daher auch wieder mit der niedlichen Elfe von Mo Manning. Die super Farbkombi braun/creme/pink gibt's diese Woche bei "Create 4 fun" und das "Faux Stitching" bei "Shapes and more". Dadurch das meine Karte mehrere Lagen und die Seifenblasen mit 3D-Lack überzogen sind, passt sie auch zur Challenge von "Cute Card Thursday" mit dem Thema "Dimensionen".

This is my first crumpled flower ... it isn't that easy to get the thick cardstock crumpled really small. I only used 5 layers of punched flowers for this, but I've already seen it with 8 ones (!) ...
The flower belongs to the card, which I made for a little thank-you. I only stamped the thanks-sentiment at the inside - I prefered the flower at the front and with both it would have been too much on the card for me.
The sketch is from "Mo's Digital Challenge" - therefore again with the cute fairy by Mo Manning. This great colour combi brown/cream/pink is over at "Create 4 fun" this week and the "Faux Stitching" at "Shapes and more". Since my card has several layers and the bubbles were covered with 3D varnish, it also fits to the challenge at "Cute Card Thursday" with the topic "dimensions".

Girly-Geburtstagskarte/Girly birthday card

Meine Tochter ist am Wochenende zu einer Kinderparty eingeladen und für das kleine Mädchen, welches 5 Jahre alt wird, habe ich heute die Geburtstagskarte gemacht.
Unschwer zu erkennen wieder mit einem Motiv von Mo Manning, die Auswahl bei ihr ist einfach großartig und man findet immer etwas zum Anlass Passendes. Ich finde dieses Motiv ist wirklich perfekt für Mädels in dem Alter. ;-)
Die Karte passt übrigens zu den Challenges von Papertake Weekly ("Lila/Gelb"), Cute Card Thursday ("Happy Anniversary"), Mo's Digital Pencil (3 versch. Stanzer) und Mo's Dream Team Guest Spot (Sketch).

At the weekend my daughter is invited to a kids party and today I made the birthday card for the little girl, who's becoming 5 years old.
Not difficult to see, again with a picture by Mo Manning, the choice at her is really awesome and you can always find something appropriate the occasion. I think this motive is absolutely perfect for girls in this age. ;-)
By the way the card matches to the challenges of Papertake Weekly ("Lilac/Lemon"), Cute Card Thursday ("Happy Anniversary"), Mo's Digital Pencil (3 diff. punches) and Mo's Dream Team Guest Spot (Sketch).

auch diese beiden Dankeschöngeschenke habe ich schon ein bisschen länger fertig, aber komme jetzt erst dazu, sie euch zu zeigen.
Die erste Dose ist für Anja, weil sie mir mit einem Overheadprojektor ausgeholfen hat, um ein Wandbild ins Kinderzimmer zu projizieren. Leider ist es immer noch nicht ganz fertig gemalt, aber der Kleine schläft ja auch noch bei uns und nutzt sein Kinderzimmer bisher nur zum Wickeln :-) Inhalt dieser Dose sind leckere Merci-Bonbons ;-)

30. Geburtstag/30th birthday

Ich wurde gebeten eine Karte für einen 30. Geburtstag zu machen. Da es für ein "Mädel" ist, konnte ich endlich mal meinen PennyBlack-Stempel einweihen. Ich habe mich an den tollen Sketch von "Mojo Monday" gehalten, außerdem passt meine Karte zu den Challenges von "Cute Card Thursday" (celebrations) und "Penny Black Saturday" (spring colours). Die "30" und die liegende blaue Kerze habe ich mit 3D-Pads aufgeklebt, um mehr Tiefe zu geben.

I was asked to make a card for a 30th birthday. As it is for a "girl" I finally had the chance to dedicate my PennyBlack-stamp. I followed the great sketch at "Mojo Monday" and furthermore my card fits to the challenges at "Cute Card Thursday" (celebrations) and "Penny Black Saturday" (spring colours). I stuck the "30" and the lying blue candle with 3D-pads to get more depth.

Vintage Geburtstagkarte .../... vitage birthday card

vor der Geburt von Felix war ich noch fleissig und habe es noch geschafft einige Sachen fertig zu stellen. Eins davon war diese Karte für Anja's Mann zum Geburtstag. Ich habe mich mal wieder im Nicht-Niedlich-Look versucht und bin eigentlich ganz zufrieden mit der Karte.

Gutscheinkarte/Gift holder card

Am Samstag hat mein "kleiner" Bruder seinen 20. Geburtstag. Seit noch nicht all zu langer Zeit bewohnt er seine erste eigene Wohnung und braucht auch noch ein paar Sachen. Darum bekommt er von uns einen Gutschein vom "schwedischen Möbelhaus" um sich den ein oder anderen kleinen Wunsch zu erfüllen. Auch mein Bruder ist Mitglied der Feuerwehr, deswegen habe ich den süßen Digi-Stamp von Mo Manning gleich nochmal benutzt.
Mit meiner Karte nehme ich an folgenden Challenges teil: "Papertake Weekly" (Sketch), "Stampavie and more" (orange+ eine weitere Farbe), "Cute Card Thursday" (celebrations).

This saturday my "little" brother has his 20th birthday. Since a few weeks he lives in his first domicile on his own and he also needs a few things. Therefore he gets a gift card for the "Swedish home centre" from us in order he can himself fulfill a little wish. And also my brother is member of the fire brigade/department, so I even used the cute digistamp by Mo Manning once again.
With my card I take part in the following challenges: "Papertake Weekly" (sketch), "Stampavie and more" (orange+ one other colour), "Cute Card Thursday" (celebrations).
